Welcome to Mrs. Kramer's Second Grade!
Konichiwa! (Hello in Japanese) My name is Anissa Kramer. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Language Arts. I also have my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership through the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
I teach 2nd Grade at Clay Lamberton Elementary School. I really enjoy the staff, students, and parents I work with everyday.
Let me tell you a little about myself. One summer in college, I dedicated my time to teach English to Japanese students. I traveled to Kyushu, Japan and spent about 2 full months moving around the island teaching English in camps. I worked with Japanese students ranging in age from 4-24 years old. I could talk for hours about my Japan experience but pictures speak louder than words so just take a look for yourself in my photo album. This is where my love of traveling began.
A few summers ago, I traveled to South Africa with a group of educators from around the country. We met up with a group of teachers from South Africa to explore the oceans, mountains, and terrains of South Africa. The best part was seeing the wildlife, food, and cultures that South Africa had to offer. Again, take a look at the photos for yourself.
Aside from my traveling passion, I love to be outdoors and with my family, anywhere! I like to hike, bike, run, walk, and swim- anything to stay active. We really do live in beautiful state-snow or sunshine! Take advantage of it!
